Twinger2 Safety and Policy Center
Our Commitment:
We consider the safety, security and well-being of our users very important. As the world’s most popular youth dating app, we take pride in connecting millions of people every day. Although a relatively small percentage of these similarities have led to users becoming victims of crime, we strongly believe that any incident of misconduct or criminal behavior is extremely high.
We continue to explore new updates, partnerships and technologies to enhance and value our security efforts while promoting a respectable environment to meet new people. Information about our safety tools and procedures can be found below. Whether you’re in Santa Monica, São Paulo or Seoul – our goal remains the same: a safe and constructive feeling of users on our platform.
Our Security Tools:
We use a network of automated and automatic testing tools and updates, systems and processes – and we invest in critical resources – to prevent, monitor and remove misconduct (impersonation, harassment, etc.) from our application.
These tools include automatic scanning of red flag language profiles and images; manual reviews of suspicious profiles, activity, and user-generated reports; suspicious shadow closure accounts; and blocking of email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses and other identifiers related to malicious characters.
We have a zero tolerance policy and encourage our community to report any incidents of misconduct and / or anyone violating our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use, through the reporting tool included in all TWINGER2 profiles or by contacting our team online. . In the event that we receive such a report, our dedicated community team will take appropriate action, which may include removing content, blocking the user, or notifying the appropriate legal services.
We regularly monitor and refine our processes, and will continue to work with law enforcement, where possible, to protect our users.
Matching Group Advisory Council:
As part of the Matching Group, we work with external partners through the Match Group Advisory Council (MGAC), a team of leading experts and facilitators involved in research and prevention of sexual harassment, trafficking, and similar issues. The senior team at Match Group meets with MGAC twice a year to review our policies and request recommendations on how to improve safety in our products. The founding members include:
Scott Berkowitz, President, Rape Abuse Incest National Network (RAINN).
Tarana Burke, Founder, “Me Too” Movement.
Catherine Chen, Program Chief Executive Officer, Polaris
John Clark, CEO, National Center for Lost and Abused Children.
Julie Cordua, CEO, Thorn.
Yolanda Edrington, COO, National Center for Sexual Assault.
Drs. Judy Postmus, Founder, Center for Violence Against Women and Children, Rutgers University.
Feedback from Reports of Assault:
TWINGER2 users can easily report incidents of harassment or attack within the system or online. We strongly encourage any user who believes they have been a victim of crime to report it to the authorities. Our team works to quickly investigate reported crimes, investigate and take appropriate action, and co-operate fully with law enforcement in any investigation.
When a user reports an attack on TWINGER2, we attempt to identify the suspect and block the related account. The incident was then reported to the central security area of the Match Group and tested at all of our various brands to see if the user had other accounts in other forums. If there is, they are blocked.
User Education:
We provide safety tips, both online and in-app, to educate and empower users to make smart and safe decisions while using TWINGER2.

Fraud
We regard the issue of fraud as a very important issue for TWINGER2. We have a policy of zero tolerance for disgusting behavior of any kind. We have a dedicated fraud team that uses the industry-leading technology network to detect fraud and review each profile member to find red flag language, and to personally review suspicious profiles, activity, and user-generated reports. In the end, no one, whether they meet on TWINGER2 or not, should send money to someone they have never met in person. In addition, we encourage our members to report any request for financial information using our reporting tool. Those two steps will go a long way toward putting an end to scandals and scams.
Data Privacy and Forum Security:
The privacy of our users is very important to TWINGER2, and we work hard to ensure that we go beyond applicable privacy laws and industry standards. We know that your time in the application is a confidential matter and we have strict policies and operating systems in place, including user image encryption and messages and tools that limit employee access to user communications and other user data. When it comes to TWINGER2 user data, our sole responsibility is to keep our users safe and their data private.
Unlike other social networking apps, our business model focuses on providing users with premium features, including in-app development and subscriptions, in order to improve their experience in our app. We do not sell data to third parties or rely on advertising to maintain or grow our business. In fact, in 2021 less than 5 percent of total revenue was generated through advertising. Your data is yours. Thus, users can request a copy of their data here at any time. The most up-to-date information on our data processes is always available to the general public through our Privacy Policy, which can also be accessed through our application.
In addition, we constantly improve our defense against those with malicious intent. However, we do not discuss any specific security tools we use or enhancements we may use to better protect our users and to avoid any potential violations.
Additional Policies and Information:
Our main goal is to introduce our user community to young people. And while this is very fun, it is important to remember that there are Community Guidelines that our users should adhere to to help make TWINGER2 the best app for meeting new people.
We encourage our users to report any incident of misconduct on or off our platform. Reporting user misconduct is straightforward and easy to do. In any given profile, users can tap on the ‘3 dots’ icon and select ‘Report’. Users can also report another user by sending a request for help online.
